IRCTC introduces Rail MADAD and Menu On Rails apps – Details here
IRCTC ( Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has launched new user-friendly apps to its passengers where they get the right services.
Rail Madad App :-
Railway Minister Piyush Goyal at the launch said that Rail MADAD or Mobile Application for Desired Assistance During Travel has been launched by IRCTC, through which any passenger can lodge a complaint with minimal details.
